At Eadie Eye Centre, we strive to enhance and improve the overall quality of life for individuals of all ages. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing patients with rapid access to eye care and to building long-term relationships with the people in our community. Dr. Eadie specializes in treating cataracts and glaucoma, but also sees patients with general ophthalmology concerns.
He is also an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University. At Dalhousie, Dr. Eadie provides lectures to medical students and is involved in training ophthalmology residents and fellows in cataract and glaucoma surgery. Dr. Eadie operates at NSHA, Halifax Vision Surgical Centre, and the IWK Health Centre.
Dr. Eadie has a passion for research and published on a variety of topics in neuroscience and ophthalmology. His work has been featured in publications such as Neuroscience, Neurobiology of Disease, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Journal of Neuroophthalmology, JAMA Ophthalmology, American Journal of Ophthalmology, and the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Eadie is the founder and president/CEO of Eadie Technologies Inc. developing novel glaucoma diagnostic devices. A novel visual field analyzer is the first disruptive technology being produced.
